Last August, our team embarked on a week-long adventure that was as enriching as it was energizing. Led by Phil Whittaker, Director of Danolyte®, we participated in an immersive workshop designed to innovate, elevate, and navigate the path ahead.

The heart of the trip was a strategy workshop that connected our Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia teams. Through insightful discussions, hands-on activities, and collaborative brainstorming sessions, we refined our approach, explored new business opportunities, and sharpened our strategies. These learning experiences have not only equipped us with fresh ideas but also positioned us to reach new heights in the months ahead.

Of course, the trip wasn’t all about work. We fully immersed ourselves in the vibrant Malaysian culture, taking time to bond as a team. From an exhilarating half-day Muay Thai session to a food crawl that had us hopping between some of the best restaurants and cafés around Petaling Street, the experience was unforgettable. These shared moments sparked creativity, strengthened our relationships, and reignited our passion for what we do.

This incredible week has left us more motivated than ever to close out the year strong. With fresh strategies in place and renewed energy from our adventure, we’re ready to crush new records and set even bolder goals for the coming year.
