What you’ll do:
- Drive in-store execution for product launches and promotions.
- Lead and coach merchandisers to achieve sales and merchandising targets.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, displays, and planogram compliance.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and sales performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of FMCG experience in sales operations, field sales, trade marketing, or merchandising.
