Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts, building strong relationships with customers to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Develop and execute account plans, promotional activities, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, trade terms, product listings, and promotional investments while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, analyse market trends and customer insights, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of business initiatives and product availability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, account reviews, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- More than 3 years of Key Account Management experience within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing IKA or Pharmacy accounts.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
