A Senior Finance Manager leads and oversees financial management. Beyond the standard operations, a Senior Finance Leader is also a key business partner to support decision making, shape and direct business growth and steer overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full financial oversight for the key businesses, handling operational finance, and ensuring financial statements are accurate and compliant
- Ensure that management receives timely and accurate reports and financials as well as performance dashboards and analysis
- Strategically drive the tresury management, forecasting, budgeting and management decisions
- Lead and drive internal controls and compliance across business and stakeholders
- Develop and coach the finance and administrative team, developing them to partner and support business from a strategic perspective
- Actively participate, evaluate and analyse investments or special projects and strategic assignments together with the management to support growth opportunities
Key Requrements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Relevant certification - MICPA, CPA, ACCA etc
- Min 10 years in accounting with leadership experience
- Hands-on and technically sound with experience in financial systems, financial modelling and analytics / dashboard reporting
- Fluent in Mandarin (preferred)
