The
Process
Understand
In this initial step, the team gains a deep understanding of the problem they are trying to solve. They review existing data, conduct research, and gather insights to align everyone's understanding and identify key user needs.
Ideate
The team engages in a collaborative brainstorming session to generate a wide range of ideas and potential solutions. Participants are encouraged to think creatively and share their perspectives freely.
Decide
In this step, the team evaluates and selects the most promising ideas to pursue further. They consider different viewpoints and criteria to make informed decisions on which concepts to move forward with.
Prototyping
The selected ideas are transformed into tangible prototypes, which can take the form of sketches, wireframes, or interactive mock-ups by us. The goal is to create a representation of the proposed solution.
Test
We will then present the prototype to real users or stakeholders for feedback and actionable insights. This feedback loop helps identify potential issues, validate assumptions, and refine the design. The results of user testing inform further iterations and improvements.
